Tom, Mike and Nate did an amazing job installing a replacement split system in my home. They were extremely careful and took time to explain everything to me. They also finished the entire job in less than eight hours! I would absolutely recommend Swanton.for anything HVAC.

We had an issue with the heat not turning on today and Swanton sent someone out right away to take care of the problem. They also showed us what to do if it happens again (it was related to the high winds last night), Swanton is a great, locally owned company that always provides us with prompt, reliable, friendly service and we recommend them highly for all your HVAC needs.

We used Swanton because the prior homeowner used them. Brian came out and did a maintenance on our boiler…..he has been maintaining the boiler for some time. We just bought the house and I’ve never had a boiler before. Brian was gracious enough to walk me through the boiler maintenance and showed me all the different components and how they worked. He indicated due to the recent upgrades he made under the prior owners, the boiler is in great shape. We are very happy with Swanton’s skilled service people and their pricing…very affordable! Great job, 5 stars!

They just came to my house to perform maintenance on our central air unit, which is done every summer! No issues whatsoever with the unit and when needed they replace the filter in the attached humidifier. Their technicians are professional yet friendly. I highly recommend Swanton for cooling and heating needs.
