Jeff, Tim and Amanda of Swanton Energy Services were fantastic to do business with. I unfortunately had some unexpected issues with my heat/plumbing due to the cold weather, and Swanton sent Tim out immediately to make sure I wasn’t stuck for long without heat. The whole team were knowledge, friendly and efficient with their work and got me back up and running with my heat in no time. And they did it all for an extremely fair price! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and they even sent Jeff out to do a courtesy check in with me today to make sure all was still well. Would highly recommend!

There was a safety related recall on my system. Swanton took care of notifying me, receiving the parts from the manufacturer, followed up with me for the installation, and came out the next day to complete the work. The workers were friendly and professional. Swanton is the only company I would trust with any HVAC needs. If you want reliability and folks with experience - Swanton is the best hands down!!! The crew arrived on time, were polite and courteous. Every aspect of the service was explained prior to beginning. We were kept informed of their progress throughout the service and shown pictures our vents before and after cleaning. Care was taken to return everything to original locations. Tom, Mike and Nate did an amazing job installing a replacement split system in my home. They were extremely careful and took time to explain everything to me. They also finished the entire job in less than eight hours! I would absolutely recommend Swanton.for anything HVAC.

We used Swanton because the prior homeowner used them. Brian came out and did a maintenance on our boiler…..he has been maintaining the boiler for some time. We just bought the house and I’ve never had a boiler before. Brian was gracious enough to walk me through the boiler maintenance and showed me all the different components and how they worked. He indicated due to the recent upgrades he made under the prior owners, the boiler is in great shape. We are very happy with Swanton’s skilled service people and their pricing…very affordable! Great job, 5 stars!

They just came to my house to perform maintenance on our central air unit, which is done every summer! No issues whatsoever with the unit and when needed they replace the filter in the attached humidifier. Their technicians are professional yet friendly.
