Swanton is top notch! Whenever I have an issue they respond fast - like today - my heat would not come up. Amanda the office manager is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone at this company is very nice and easy to deal with. The owner Jeff is a good person and doesn't try to sell you something you do not need. Tommy and Bryan are the techs that always service my HVAC. Trust these guys. Often times I have left them in my home alone while working.Generally I do not write reviews unless something is really good or really bad. I am adding to my review from two years ago because I continue to be impressed with the level of high-quality from Swaton. If you are looking for a super trustworthy HVAC company - GO WITH SWANTON. Impeccable work, friendly staff and just salt of the earth people!

Had a new hot water heater and furnace replaced due to water damage. Jeff, Tom, and his crew were prompt, explained everything.Very organized and clean. System looks great, Thermostats all new. ! Office staff were kind, and very helpful. Very glad that I chose Swanton.
We had a leak from the installation. The technician came, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. The installation problem damaged the ceilings on 2 bathrooms. Still waiting to hear from owner to verify that they will pay for repairs. But the tech was excellent.
I trust Swanton with the maintenance for both my air conditioning and heating systems for many years. Regular maintenance does in fact extend the life of these units. It is truly a bonus when we have trustworthy service people coming to our homes or businesses. Keep up the great work.

We’ve been customers for years and years! Got a hot water heater from them and they do maintenance in the spring and fall on our central air unit. Also got a new humidifier installed on our furnace. They are top notch! Highly recommend!!
My voicemail was returned immediately and a technician arrived in the time frame given. This is our third experience with Swanton and we will continue to use them because they are honest and reasonably priced. Both times our issues were fixed during the visit with no hidden fees.

The Swanton Energy team did a great job installing mini-splits in my home. It was a “this old house” job with a need for care and planning. Tommy and his crew were magnificent. They performed a very difficult job with professionalism, efficiency and humor.

My radiators weren’t giving off any heat. I called and someone was at my home within the hour. The tech was very professional and explained the issue in language I could understand - no technical jargon, as well as my options. We had heat again within 2 hours. I’m very pleased with the service.
I called because my furnace shut down after making strange noises all night. I told the lady on the phone that I had to go to treatments and she sent a man right over so I did not have to miss them waiting all day for a service man. The young man was so nice. My house is a disaster since I have been very ill and must go for treatments 5+ hours a day, so have very little time to do any work in my house, I have no children and can't find anyone to help me, yet he made no mention of it's condition. When I told him how sorry I was for the condition of my home, he eased my mind by saying he has been in much worse and understands how being a disabled senior living alone it can be hard to get things done. He said "Being alone with a illness, going to treatments so many hours every day I don't know how you find time to open a single piece of mail, never mind any thing else". He was so kind that even though I live off $857. a month social security, and it is the end of the month when things are very very tight I just had to find the money to give this young fellow a tip. When I handed him my last $5 bill, some singles and a bunch of change to make up $10. He was very thankful. I think a tip is more then the money (the money surely will be useful to him n his family) a tip says job well done and shows appreciation. This young fellow surely deserved it.Mrs. Wall
