There was a safety related recall on my system. Swanton took care of notifying me, receiving the parts from the manufacturer, followed up with me for the installation, and came out the next day to complete the work. Tom, Mike and Nate did an amazing job installing a replacement split system in my home. They were extremely careful and took time to explain everything to me. They also finished the entire job in less than eight hours! I would absolutely recommend Swanton.for anything HVAC.

We used Swanton because the prior homeowner used them. Brian came out and did a maintenance on our boiler…..he has been maintaining the boiler for some time. We just bought the house and I’ve never had a boiler before. Brian was gracious enough to walk me through the boiler maintenance and showed me all the different components and how they worked. He indicated due to the recent upgrades he made under the prior owners, the boiler is in great shape. We are very happy with Swanton’s skilled service people and their pricing…very affordable! Great job, 5 stars!
