They just came to my house to perform maintenance on our central air unit, which is done every summer! No issues whatsoever with the unit and when needed they replace the filter in the attached humidifier. Their technicians are professional yet friendly. I highly recommend Swanton for cooling and heating needs.

Had a new hot water heater and furnace replaced due to water damage. Jeff, Tom, and his crew were prompt, explained everything.Very organized and clean. System looks great, Thermostats all new. ! Office staff were kind, and very helpful. Very glad that I chose Swanton.

New boiler was installed quickly on very short notice. The crew was great, very friendly, neat, and punctual. They identified ways to improve the system while doing the boiler swap which was very appreciated. Will use them again for future projects!

Swanton’s team was great! Punctual, efficient, very friendly, and after installing both a new boiler and hot water heater, they left their workspace immaculate. We’ve actually been with Swanton for a few years through an annual service contract for both heat and a/c; they come and check things out spring and fall, and we’ve grown to trust their work, recommendations and honesty. Also, they are local family-run operation, which is always a good thing to support.

Swanton is great! Our furnace went out late Saturday night it was 55 degrees in our house. I called them Sunday am and they came right over to take a look and thankfully were able to get it running. (For now)looks like we need a new furnace 😩Brian came out on Tuesday as a follow up to make sure the furnace was functioning safely. We still need a new one though.Swanton is great if you are looking for a heating and cooling company I strongly recommend

Swanton is an amazing company we lost our heat last night it was like 20 degrees outside, we called Swanton and they came through and were here to repair our furnace. We have been using Swanton for years to service our furnace and air condition and I would highly recommend them for their service. If there was six stars I’d give them 6 stars on their performance.

$90 bucks for the diagnostic fee. That’s fine because they roll it into service or sale. Guy looked at it said it was completely fried, said he couldn’t fix and couldn’t sell me anything else. I get you gotta make money to come out but 2 mins and no service or sale to offer. I feel extremely cheated.
