I've used Swanton for my heating and AC needs for many years; initially for oil delivery and maintenance of my very old furnace and then for installation of a new gas furnace and air conditioning unit. They have always been excellent and fair- from keeping my old furnace chugging along through removing the old equipment and replacing with new. I would use no one else in my home- they are professional, prompt and courteous and the pricing is very fair. Updating again, 11/21/23- always the best!

I had an HVAC inspection done on 7/17/24. Kyle is an exemplary professional made even more impressive by how young he is. Don’t mistake his youth for inexperience. Quite the opposite here.Possessing strong knowledge of my system and making sure everything was working properly he was very confident in his ability.In closing I’d like to mention how thoughtful he was in putting everything back the way he found it and also a gentleman!To his employer…… KEEP HIM!!!!

Swanton is top notch! Whenever I have an issue they respond fast - like today - my heat would not come up. Amanda the office manager is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone at this company is very nice and easy to deal with. The owner Jeff is a good person and doesn't try to sell you something you do not need. Tommy and Bryan are the techs that always service my HVAC. Trust these guys. Often times I have left them in my home alone while working.Generally I do not write reviews unless something is really good or really bad. I am adding to my review from two years ago because I continue to be impressed with the level of high-quality from Swaton. If you are looking for a super trustworthy HVAC company - GO WITH SWANTON. Impeccable work, friendly staff and just salt of the earth people!

We had a leak from the installation. The technician came, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. The installation problem damaged the ceilings on 2 bathrooms. Still waiting to hear from owner to verify that they will pay for repairs. But the tech was excellent.
