Our Coronavirus/COVID-19 Safety Measures
To all of our friends and neighbors:
We remain open and ready to respond to your needs. We are monitoring the situation with the coronavirus and taking the health and safety of our staff and clients very seriously. We’re following the recommendations set forth by the CDC to help protect and do no harm to everyone around us. At the same time, we still can provide the same level of top-notch service you’re grown to expect from us.
Some additional precautions we are taking include:
- Checking daily on the health of our staff and their family members
- Practicing social distancing by keeping 6 feet of space between people
- Wearing disposable gloves at all times when in your home
- Wearing shoe covers
- Using disinfectant wipes
- Wearing masks or respirators when needed
- Implementing the NO TOUCH Transaction: Our entire process is digital, from scheduling, to dispatching, to providing and approving estimates, to billing and payments. We don’t need to pass forms back and forth.
- Performing remote estimates: Using video or pictures, we can give you an estimate without entering your home!
We love our customers and usually are super friendly, but please don’t be offended if we don’t offer or accept a handshake; it’s in everyone’s best interest. We may ask how you and everyone in your household is feeling so we can best prepare how to provide the services you need. Don’t be alarmed if a technician wearing a mask while in your home.
We are in uncharted waters and hope things return to normal soon, but in the meantime, we are making adjustments and being flexible. It’s our goal to offer awesome service while keeping everyone as safe as possible. Together, we will get through this if we act smart and support each other.
