The entire experience with Swanton was amazing! The initial introduction, detailed proposal, and communication was exactly how a company should operate. The crew was professional every step of the way and answered every question/concern I had. The house is over 100 years old and they were able to handle any issue the age of the house threw at them. I called Swanton about a failed A/C unit and their technician (Brian) was here within 2 hours. He quickly diagnosed the issue and swapped out the bad part with inventory from his truck. We were up and running in no time! Our fee was also discounted because we have a service plan with them, which I’d highly recommend.

Our 20 year old system failed. Wanted to repair if a minor fix. Technician explained the windings in the compressor were decayed. Fan also no good. Explained, you can start replacing parts at considerable cost, but basically the unit has run its course. Waiting for a estimate for a new installation. It is an investment in our home.
