Honest review: I genuinely could not be more impressed. I had Swanton Energy come to my home and install a conventional AC system (2 units) in my nearly 100 year old 3,000sqft home. My house had no previous cooling system so Jeff Swanton designed a layout that would cool my home in the most efficient way possible. Jeff’s team were highly experienced HVAC professionals dedicated to their trade. The job foreman Tom installed this system like he would for his own home with care and precision. For example, Tom found a small unrelated gas leak in my basement I didn’t know about and fixed it out of his own good will. All of the workers were respectful and cleaned up after themselves everyday. Their craftsmanship is top notch and my wife and I are so pleased we went with Swanton Energy. Jeff has earned my HVAC business for life.

Two technicians came at separate times. Both were on time and polite. Since the problem could not be diagnosed (no fault of their ability) I was not charged any fee. If I do need a replacement of the furnace Stanton is the first I would call for the opportunity to perform the work. Would trust them to be fair and capable.

Swanton Energy Service has been my go to service company since we bought our house 6 years ago. They’ve always done a great job. When it was time for a new system they completed the job on budget and on time. Everyone who works there has been professional and has completed quality work. The owner has even showed up to do a needed repair on my old heater because they had high demand during a cold week 2 winters ago. I highly recommend Swanton to anyone who has heating or cooling needs.

Excellent service. Polite and professional staff at the office. As a new customer, I wasn't expecting a same day appointment but they were able to send someone right away. The tech was courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and very professional. He made sure everything was running perfectly before closing out the service call. I've used Swanton for my heating and AC needs for many years; initially for oil delivery and maintenance of my very old furnace and then for installation of a new gas furnace and air conditioning unit. They have always been excellent and fair- from keeping my old furnace chugging along through removing the old equipment and replacing with new. I would use no one else in my home- they are professional, prompt and courteous and the pricing is very fair.

Excellent work, I called for a generator replacement. It took only one day for them to get back to me and visit. I expect an estimate within a few days. Last January they did an entire HVAC replacement. Well designed, and excellent work. I highly recommend Swanton.Update 30 April 2021: They came to service my HVAC. Excellent work, prompt, clean, and thorough.

Swanton is top notch! Whenever I have an issue they respond fast - like today - my heat would not come up. Amanda the office manager is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone at this company is very nice and easy to deal with. The owner Jeff is a good person and doesn't try to sell you something you do not need. Tommy and Bryan are the techs that always service my HVAC. Trust these guys. Often times I have left them in my home alone while working.Generally I do not write reviews unless something is really good or really bad. I am adding to my review from two years ago because I continue to be impressed with the level of high-quality from Swaton. If you are looking for a super trustworthy HVAC company - GO WITH SWANTON. Impeccable work, friendly staff and just salt of the earth people!

I have used Swanton for all my HVAC needs for the last 5 years and have always been pleased with my service. The technician that serviced my system today, Matt, was very professional and friendly, arrived on time wearing a mask and booties, and worked quickly. During the pandemic it can be unnerving to let strangers into your home so I greatly appreciated that he took precautions and kept good social distance. I would recommend them to anyone.

They were great. They arrived when they said they would (same day!!), they called before arriving and they found the problem with my Generator. We are using the Swanton Energy Services for years. 10 years before they installed our heating system and all these years we are very happy with their services. Anytime we needed a service they are coming and taking care of unit. So we had to put new ductless mini split air conditioner in our house and without hesitation I called Swanton Energy Services.I`m picky person, but Jeff is very easy to communicate with and listening carefully what I wanted. He is very responsive and knowledgeable. Amanta always is very helpful for anything I need.The installation guys did an amazing job. Tom is very experienced, careful and on time.Highly I recommend this company, is trustworthy, very professional and they did an amazing job. Thank you guys!

I have used Swanton for years. I would never think of using anyone else. Quality is always right up there, but more importantly they are responsive. I know when I call they will call back timely and get to the house as fast as possible. And even if they are too booked to do the work, they will still get someone in quickly to get a quick diagnosis and verify any needed parts up front. When I needed suddenly needed a lot of HVAC ductwork moved for a kitchen remodel, they found a way to be there in a days time and got the work done in no time at all.And then pricing... They are reasonably priced with no hidden costs or nickel and dimeing for very little item.Without a doubt they are the HVAC contractor of chiice.

I normally don't write reviews but after dealing with Swanton Energy Services I felt complied. Awesome service!! We had a few issues that needed immediate attention and Swanton's delivered right away, Sunday afternoon no less. Jeff Swanton was incredibly responsive and described to us our options in clear and professional way. After deciding what we needed to do, Tom came by the next morning and did an awesome job getting things up and running properly. He was prompt and explained everything he was doing for us step by step. Trust is so important because I dont know much about what they do. I felt comfortable through the entire process. I highly recommend Swanton and Tom to ALL.

This was my first time using Swanton. I had them come out last week for a general service call. Matt took care of us and was very helpful. I had AC installed this summer and I have to say working with Swanton was very easy and enjoyable. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Which was great beacuse I had alot of questions and needed alot of help during the process. They also were very prompt with responding to my questions. For the install it was very smooth and was completed in a timely manner. I plan to have Swanton look over my heating system. I can't say enough good things about the work they did and the crew they are. Big fans of Swanton.

The team at this company is exceptional, offering great service and excellent quality work. They helped me out in a tight spot during this summers heatwave and on a holiday weekend ...getting to my house in under 30 minutes with a complete fix within an hour, when every other company I called couldnt do the job. In February 2017 our oil burner failed, We contacted Jeff and hired Swanton to covert our system to natural gas. Words will not do justice to the great service from Jeff, and Tom in particular. The installation was fast, and professional. During the final inspection the town inspector commented that he never had seen such a clean and professional install. After about a week we encountered an issue with the way the new furnace was igniting. Overall everything was great, just seemed like the ignition was not functioning correctly. Jeff and Tom were on site the next day. Tom made several adjustments, it appeared to be fixed to me, however Tom was not satisfied. Jeff contacted the manufacturer and had their technicians come out to the house. They made the needed adjustments and we have had zero issues. Great service from Swanton.We own a Mother daughter and the in law suite had oil heat, based on the savings from switching the main house to natural gas, we decided to switch the in law suite as well. There was no hesitation we contacted Jeff and they just finished on Tuesday July 24, 2018 the second conversion. Jeff, Tom and the Swanton team did not disappoint, the conversion was smooth and professional. I will only trust my systems to Jeff and Tom and the Swanton Team they always deliver.
